Myth Number 1: Change your Magento Base URL to a URL that does not point to your Magento root installation

When your store’s base URL is “yourstore.com” but “www.yourstore.com” is the URL that’s licensed for Ultimento. Technically these are 2 different URLs so you’d want to make sure to provide the correct URL.

For example if you have Magento installed in your domain root folder at “yourstore.com”, you can’t simply put “http://yourstore.com/magento/” in the Base URL field in the Magento admin. But if “www.yourstore.com” also points to your root folder, then you can safely change the Base URL in your Magento admin to “http://www.yourstore.com/”.
